Tom Van de Voorde (1974) is a poet, essayist and translator of American poetry into Dutch. He published Vliesgevels (2008), nominated for the C. Buddingh Prize and Liefde en aarde (2013), nominated for the Herman De Coninck prize for the best poetry collection. His work is now translated in seven languages. Until 2010 he was the Belgian editor of Lyrikline.org and Poetry International Web. In 2010, he was appointed curator for literature programs at the Centre of Fine Arts BOZAR in Brussels, where he has developed literary projects on modern and contemporary art.
